The Finance Leadership Program is built on the critical knowledge that finance experts determined you need in order to advance your career (outlined in their 2019 CIMA Syllabus). The program supports the development and demonstration of the highest levels of competency in finance, accounting, business and leadership skills that will help you advance your career and add value to your company. Your personal qualifications and educational background determine where you begin, the order in which you progress and your timeline for completing the program.

The Finance Leadership Program Structure
The CGMA Finance Leadership Program is divided into three levels, each building on the previous one. If you’ve already got a relevant prior qualification or degree, you may be eligible to skip certain levels, enabling you to earn your CGMA designation faster than you might think.

The Foundational Level is a condensed introduction to the concepts of business and finance. It will give you a solid foundation that enables you to get into the Operational Level and beyond.
Start at the Foundational Level if you do not have any post Grade 12 or Matric Qualification. |
The Operational level focuses on short-term decision-making. You’ll build your core knowledge of finance, accounting and reporting, studying topics like:

At the Management level, you’ll focus on translating long-term decisions into medium-term plans. You’ll build on what you’ve learned at the Operational level to include topics like:

How is FLP different from the normal CIMA route?
- FLP is a CIMA digital learning and assessment platform – which mean, you will learn and undertake all your assessments online.

How much does it cost?
